Jacky Wu: I’m Leaving Taiwan, Not China

Taiwanese popular variety show host, Jacky Wu announced two months ago that he would be retiring from the entertainment industry come 30th June this year. However, he was spotted on a China television channel's dance competition flagship episode as a guest competitor and guest host. He explained, "I'm only leaving the Taiwanese entertainment circle. If it's in China, it's okay."
The dance competition, which starts 20th June, will run till the end of the year. As the guest host, Wu obviously will not meet his announced "departure" date. Under the media's constant pressure, Wu complained, "It's only 2nd June today, and you are already pressurizing me."
