Actor Sol Kyung-gu, 41, and actress Song Yun-ah, 36, will marry on May 28. The renowned actor and actress plan to announce their scheduled wedding at Litz-Carlton Hotel in southern Seoul Saturday at 4 pm. They made up their mind to marry, following a recent greeting session of their families, a close source of the couple said. "We appeared together in two films but we started dating in fall of 2007 in full scale," said Actress Song. "We spontaneously got to have mind to get marry each other."

Liza Wang, also known as "Big Sister" in Hong Kong's entertainment circles, has finally tied the knot with actor Law Kar-Ying after a two-decade-long courtship. Wang, 61, and Law, 62, registered their marriage on May 2 in Las Vegas, United States, according to Hong Kong media. The couple will officially announce their marriage upon their return to Hong Kong later this month.

MediaCorp sweethearts Christopher Lee and Fann Wong will be signing the legal marriage papers next week to become officially husband and wife. When asked of their financial management plans after marriage, Lee laughed, "I will manage our finance!" As the man of the house, Lee said he would be responsible for bringing home the bread and butter. TOKYO - Actress Yuki Amami, 41, star of Fuji TV’s drama "BOSS" - currently showing on Thursday nights at 10 pm – took part in an event held by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police in Ginza this week as part of their ongoing traffic safety campaign. Amami, who plays the leader of a unit of detectives in the drama, joined those in attendance in watching a simulated traffic accident carried out by stuntmen.

Jin Mei-er was born in China, but when the time came for her to choose a song she would sing in a competition that would change her life, she chose the Korean folk song "Arirang". "It's like the Chinese version of 'American Idol'. There were many contestants from minority races but when I was the only one who was left for the finals, I wanted to sing something that had my people's characteristic. I mostly sang pop songs at first, but I really wanted to sing Arirang", Jin, 26, said at an interview Monday at SBS in Mok-dong, northern Seoul.

Top South Korean actor Choi Min-soo has been cast for a role in an upcoming Hollywood action movie, Yonhap News reported citing his wife Wednesday. Choi is currently in Denver, United States, shooting scenes for "Serpent Rising", an action thriller directed by Lauren Riggins and starring Julian Lee, an emerging Korean-American actor, Choi's wife Kang Joo-eun said.

TOKYO - Comedian Yoshio Kojima, 28, will star in the commercial for Nissin Foods' new Cup Noodle product, which will air from Thursday. Kojima dyed his hair blonde for the first time in 10 years for the commercial, and wears a gold bow-neck tie in addition to his underpants - also gold in the commercial.
