KUALA LUMPUR: Pop diva Datuk Siti Nurhaliza was the big winner of the country’s most prestigious awards show by bagging four major awards. She bagged the coveted Best Album award for her Lentera Timur album at the 16th Anugerah Industri Muzik event. This is the fifth time any of Siti’s album has won the award.
Siti also took home the Best Vocal Performance in a Song (Female) for song Di Kayangan Kita taken from the same album, during the ceremony, which was held at the Putra World Trade Centre here on May 2, 2009.
