MBLAQ Member Out with Injury
Korean singers appear to be in dire need of amulets to protect themselves from injuries and illnesses. Ballad singer Jo Sung-mo has broken his leg during the taping of a variety show and undergone two rounds of surgery, and Shin Jung-hwan, originally of Country Kko Kko, was in a motorcycle accident, which left him with a broken ankle. This is in addition to a string of singers diagnosed with new flu. The latest singer to join the injury list is Lee Jun of newcomer MLBAQ. He hurt his ankle ligament during the taping of a cable channel program Tuesday afternoon.
His management agency, J-tune Entertainment, said that Lee landed on his ankle during his dance move, which elongated the ankle ligament.
