Talented singer Bobby Kim has emerged as "the dark horse of concerts". The explosive response from his fans was evident during the ticket sale for the 10-city tour. Entitled "Love Chapter 1", his concerts in Seoul, Gwangju, and Daejeon already wrapped with resounding success and the performances in Busan, Daegu, Ansan, Jeju, other cities are nearly sold out. He has already preparing for an encore performance in Seoul.
The key to his popularity lies in his distinct voice. In one survey office workers in their 20s and 30s found Bobby Kim's voice the most memorable. This works in favor of Kim, because the largest segment of concert audience is composed of women in their 20s and 30s. Also his versatile musical talent, which ranges from hip hop to soulful R&B, has appealed to a wide spectrum of fans.
