Yoko Kumada Releases 3rd Beauty and Diet Book

Model Yoko Kumada marked the release of her third beauty and diet book on the weekend by attending an event at the Fukuya book store in Ginza and shaking hands with her fans. Kumada's new book, "Toka de mainasu san kiro aisare daietto" ("Lose 3 kilos in 10 days and Be Loved Diet"), sells for 1,365 yen (US$15) and features Kumada on the cover in a pale pink bikini sporting the results of her non-conventional ways to shape up.

Inside are numerous ways to lose weight without spending money at the gym, including exercises you can do while waiting on the train platform or in your chair at work.
