Jackie Chan Returns to Korea

There was a stunt man from Hong Kong who was paid W15,000 per movie (US1$=W1,262). He frequently suffered fractures and injuries but never said no, and his three-and-a-half years in Korea were over in a flash. Now he is a global star and earns about W75 billion a year. His name is Jackie Chan. Yet Chan (55) still feels affection for Korea. He often says his favorite food is yukgaejang (spicy beef soup) and kimchi stew and called Korea his second home.
And this month he pays another visit to Tongyeong, South Gyeongsang Province for a charity event with 101 orphans and children from broken families nationwide starting May 21.
